Note: The hotel is about 15 minutes from the San Francisco Airport. There is a hotel shuttle, but it is probably best to take a taxi. Note2: The W3C block of hotel rooms is fully booked. There is BART (metro) service from north of the airport, or CalTrain train service from points south including San Jose.

The following link (W3C Member's only) provides details for the WebEx booking for Thursday and Friday. I have also sent this to everyone directly. As usual the call info should be kept confidential to avoid the risk of phone fraud.
For people will be attending the meeting in person, you are recommended to connect to WebEx but without the audio connection, if you want to present something, so you will be able to share your screen with remote participants.
