Bernadette Farias Loscio, 11 Jun 2015, 22:21:12Based on the meeting minutes http://www.w3.org/2013/meeting/dwbp/2015-07-03 discussion on issue-169, because the vocabulary is defined intentionally vaguely, it is resolved that the aspects of usage, feedback, and citation can be applied to dataset or at the granularity of distribution.
The models will be updated to include distribution.
