Description:
ISSUE-138 points out the need for alternative ways to trigger the exception process for sites that do not have sufficient real-estate on a site.
E.g., a tracking pixel does not post any HTML and as a consequence, cannot access the Javascript API.
The question now is: How will a provider providing this pixel eventually obtain a site-wide or web-wide exception.

Since I did not understand this issue and whether it differs from ISSUE-130, I guess this is a duplicate and I declare it closed. If someone can expand it, I may reconsider and reopen it again.
