Definition of ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY is defined as "a user agent that: 1... 2 ..."; in all cases where a list of criteria is presented, it should be made explicit whether the relationship between the elements in the list is AND or OR.

Proposed Change:

Change "a user agent that:" to "a user agent that both:".
Change "monitoring APIs." to "monitoring APIs, and".
(space separated ids)
(Please make sure the resolution is adapted for public consumption)
