Test suite finalized

The Checker Task Force was created to implement an open-source Java library of a mobileOK Checker that allows someone to check easily whether a Web page conforms to the mobileOK Basic Tests 1.0 specification. With the release of the version 1.0 of the library, the Task Force switched to maintenance mode.
