Wilco Fiers Yes, it is ready to publish as-is. I'm reasonably comfortable with this rule as is, although updated implementations would be good.
Mary Jo Mueller Yes, it is ready to publish with the following changes. I believe one of the qualifications for publishing is to have one full implementation. We don't yet have proof of that. Once that is done the rule can publish. So I guess that is a conditional approval since the rule itself doesn't require any changes. Hopefully we can just mark this as ready to be sent to the AG WG and the implementations will be ready before they actually go to them for their review.
