Detlev Fischer | I don't know. My questions are documented below. | If it is true, as stated, that „...depending on this, some elements can have one of the applicable semantic roles and fail this rule with some technology but users of other technologies would not experience any accessibility issue.“ can this rule be applied without qualification by accessibility baseline? But I guess if some users do not experience an issue the general rule is still sound. |

Wilco Fiers | Yes, there are open issues but they don't need to be resolved for the rule to be published. | The following issues exists for this rule. I don't think these need to be addressed for this rule to move forward: https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/issues/1374 https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/issues/1405 |
Trevor Bostic | No, there are no open issues. | |
Kathy Eng | Yes there are open issues that need to be resolved. I have listed them below. | https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/issues/1374 - why isn't button included in applicability? |
Charu Pandhi | Yes there are open issues that need to be resolved. I have listed them below. | Open issue to add button and menuitem will need significant change to the applicability and implementation data, so not sure if that needs to be resolved before publishing |
Mary Jo Mueller | Yes, there are open issues but they don't need to be resolved for the rule to be published. | As noted by others, but I don't think the need for additional info should block the initial publication. Once those issues are resolved and reviewed we can publish an update to the rule. |
Detlev Fischer | Yes, there are open issues but they don't need to be resolved for the rule to be published. | See above. |
