Loïc Martínez Normand The proposal can be incorporated into the WCAG2ICT editor's draft as-is.
Bruce Bailey The proposal can be incorporated into the WCAG2ICT editor's draft as-is.
Mary Jo Mueller The proposal can be incorporated into the WCAG2ICT editor' draft with some changes. Need to also add in the WCAG 2.2 term "state" into the section titled, "Glossary Items that Apply to All Technologies" since no WCAG2ICT interpretation is needed. (See definition at https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/#dfn-states)

Phil Day The proposal can be incorporated into the WCAG2ICT editor's draft as-is.
Mike Pluke The proposal can be incorporated into the WCAG2ICT editor's draft as-is.
Fernanda Bonnin The proposal can be incorporated into the WCAG2ICT editor's draft as-is.
Devanshu Chandra The proposal can be incorporated into the WCAG2ICT editor's draft as-is.
Chris Loiselle The proposal can be incorporated into the WCAG2ICT editor's draft as-is.
Mitchell Evan The proposal isn't ready to incorporate yet. (1) Testers often wonder how to determine "modified by the author" when they don't have access to application source code. I propose a note: https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/82#issuecomment-1432009449

(2) Is any other change needed to address issue #94? https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/94
Laura Miller The proposal can be incorporated into the WCAG2ICT editor' draft with some changes. Noting that I'm answering after Mitchell's comments and I agree a note would be helpful.
Sam Ogami The proposal can be incorporated into the WCAG2ICT editor' draft with some changes. Adding a note about when exposed. In closed systems, how could the contrast be tested if the evaluator cannot access the color values?
