The Business Case has been revised, updated, and re-written. Please review the narrative, the annotated bibliography, and the diff version to confirm your satisfaction with the changes. Then please indicate your position on the publication of the new version.

Note: title now refers to "Digital" rather than "Web" accessibility and the ROI rationale has been integrated into the intro paragraph now called "Is there a busienss case for accessibility?"

Comments sent by email, just noticed the github link now :(
Shawn Lawton Henry It looks like some of the previous comments are still issues. I haven't had a chance to look through them. If others don't beat me to it, I will by 12 November.

I still think that this is a great resource. As before, I find it engaging and interesting. In fact, I plan to demonstrate it as a useful resource for courses on digital accessibility next week at the AHG conference. As I've said in previous feedback, the bibliographic feature of the resource makes it an excellent resource to use in the classroom and serves as an index to other articles that would be very relevant in a course or anyone wanting to learn more in this area.
I only saw 2 things that I thought could warrant change. One was the sentence between the Apple and Google case study: "Innovation from voice interactions at Apple and elsewhere have contributed to the abundance of personal digital assistants now found in many homes and offices. Today millions of people use these devices, regardless of ability." It seemed to not fit in with the flow of the piece but this was not a major issue.

I should also mention that this would be a great resource for someone from a company or organization trying to justify the business case for accessibility.

The other very minor grammatical thing I noticed was that "transcript" should be plural in the following sentence: "the new inbound links to transcript accounted for an increase of 3.89%"
