1. Navigation for Redesigned WAI website

The draft proposed Navigation for the WAI site redesign is ready for your input! Please:

  • 1. Get an idea of the proposed location of the navigation — along the top with fly-outs — in this mock-up.
    IMPORTANT: This is a rough draft, in-progress prototype. None of it is ready for review yet. Please don't waste energy on it.
  • 2. Review the draft proposed Navigation (Google Sheet)

For your input on the draft Navigation that is in the spreadsheet (not in the mockup, which may be different):

  • 3. Look through others' issues, and add your thoughts.
  • 4. If you have other specific comments (e.g., comment on "Test & Evaluate" as a nav heading), create a new GitHub issue with [Nav EOWG].
  • 5. If you have any general or overall comments, put them in GitHub issue 73.
  • 6. If you create new GitHub issues, put links to any new GitHub issues you create in the comments for the next qustion.

James Green The fly-outs in the mock-up look crowded to me and while i know they are just a prototype, I am going to send a link to Alicia to see if she has any feedback or advice. Since she didn't design the fly-outs, but rather the mega menu we decided not to go with, I'm not sure there has been any design oversight into the look of them.
