The list of R2RML classes in the spec now contains two new classes: rr:R2RMLView and rr:BaseTableOrView.

These need to be added to the namespace document and to the RDFS document.
They are subclasses of rr:LogicalTable.
Also, this allows the precise statement of the domains of rr:sqlQuery, rr:sqlVersion, and rr:tableName.
