Call for Participation in Downloads Enhanced Community Group
Posted on:W3C has launched the Downloads Enhanced Community Group
The purpose of this group is to enhance the download process via advanced features such as integrity, error correction, improved user experience, fault tolerance (usage of mirrors or a CDN), peer-to-peer integration, and others that are useful.
In order to join the group, you will need a W3C account.
This group was originally proposed on 2012-03-13 by Ant Bryan. The following people supported its creation: Ant Bryan, Peter Poeml, faceorsozox lody, Olivier Thereaux, Russell Potter.
