The usual telephone bridge will be available during the meeting time and from half an hour before. We will use the usual IRC channel for managing agenda topics and action items only.

Venue

Mozilla Toronto
366 Adelaide St W, Suite 500

When you arrive, take the elevator to the fifth floor. If the desk is temporarily empty there is a doorbell you can ring (or knock on a door). The receptionist should be available from 8:30 am.

Coffee is available each day. Breakfast and lunch are provided Thursday and Friday. Breakfast is provided Saturday; we can arrange a local delivery for lunch.

There will be a group dinner (not sponsored cost) Thursday evening at a local restaurant. Local friends in the web accessibility field will join us.

Hotels

Due to the small size of the group, we did not set up a hotel reservation block. A few hotels near the meeting location include (unvetted list):

Residence Inn Toronto Downtown / Entertainment District
255 Wellington Street West
Toronto, ON M5V 3P9

Hyatt Regency Toronto
370 King Street West

Travel to the Meeting

Most people will fly to Toronto Pearson International Airport. Upon arrival you can take a taxi, the Toronto Airport Express, or public transit airport service. On Saturday, we may arrange a shared transportation option back to the airport, since many people have flights departing around the same time.

Some may fly to Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. This is fairly close to the meeting location and various island airport ground transport options are available.

Train users will go to Toronto Union Station. It is near the meeting location and public transit is available.
