  1. Imagine you are going to a Web site. You are new to the topic. What would you look for first on the site?
  2. Imagine you are researching a topic on Web development. On a Web site, where would you look for information that is for people who are new to the topic?
    If their answer is role-based, such as "For New Users", probe for different type of answer (without using "getting started," "introductions," "basics," etc.): Do you have any other ideas?
  3. Imagine you are researching a technical standard. On a Web site, where would you look for information related to implementing, training, promoting, and such?
