Highlights area (that changes frequently) (example items: blurb on newly finished documents such as standards harmonization, WAI presentations such as at CSUN, WAI BPEs such as Madrid, XYZ government adopted WCAG & link to Policies, technique addressing hot issue). These would not just be titles, but actually a little nugget of information.

Maybe make flexible so that there can be one, two, or three highlighted items. Can see wanting to have one for a whole month or more 'cause of timeliness, and then another one that changes more often to show change...
