Description:
B.2.5.1 Templates "A" Accessible: If the authoring tool automatically selects templates or pre-authored content, then the selection meets the level "A" Web content accessibility benchmarks when used.
[RS1]What if the templates being used are not specific to the web content accessibility benchmark, but instead create content which could be later translated into that format.  Does that mean all of this criteria is mute for that tool?
[JR2]The spirit here is don’t hold the authors hand and then lead them off in a direction that is going to result in a huge repair bill at the end. I’m flexible on the wording.
