Participation is open to participants of W3C WAI Authoring Tool Working Group (AUWG). If you are not currently an AUWG participant and want to attend, contact Jeanne Spellman (W3C Staff contact for AUWG).

Reading and Preparation
- Review the ATAG 2.0 Working Draft and send all comments to the mailing list by July 14. There will be an additional meeting on July 21.

Logistics
- Closest International Airport: Seattle/Tacoma International Airport (SEA)
- Directions from Sea-Tac Airport: 21.8 mi – about 27 mins (up to 55 mins in traffic).

- Hotel: The closest hotel to Microsoft is a Marriott
Courtyard. There are shuttles to the Microsoft campus right next door

There are many other hotel options in Redmond, Bellevue and Seattle. A hotel in Redmond or Bellevue instead of Seattle is a better choice since the commute from Seattle to Microsoft can be terrible (45 minutes +). Bellevue is growing, small city about a 15 minute drive from the Microsoft campus with many amenities like restaurants, bars and movie theatres.
