Description:

  <dbaron> It's nice to see that 13.3.3 and 13.3.4 say page-break-before
           and page-break-after both apply on both sides of the box

(Reassign this to CSS3 Paged Media instead of closing the issue.)

Resolution: Assumed editorial.
