Description:
ulPosition and ulThickness in CJK fonts could be to draw underline for Latin characters within the font, and in that case, underlines goes through the body of ideographs. 10 years ago, almost every CJK fonts have this problem. Today, such fonts are still easy to find especially in China.

User could workaround this by using text-underline-position:under, but could we detect this failure in the font and fix automatically by using text-underline-position:under?
