06 April 2010 | Archive
The Device APIs and Policy Working Group has published the First Public Working Draft of File API: Writer. Web applications are currently fairly limited in how they can write to files. This specification defines an API through which user agents can permit applications to write generated or downloaded files. Learn more about the Ubiquitous Web Applications Activity.
