TTWG resolved Nov 30 to give Glenn 1 week to write an Annex on use of a wire encoding. The discussion arose from Issue-196 on SDP-US. We also discussed use of an XML encoding for the IANA request. If Glenn isn't able to produce a draft, TTWG will send an email to IANA about the expiration of the request and we will pursue in TTML v.next.
