http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-tracking/2011Oct/0009.html -- Proposed text from Shane, action-5

Aleecia McDonald, 28 Nov 2011, 10:44:28

As per the call on 11 January (see http://www.w3.org/2012/01/11-dnt-minutes) we're moving text from a issue-23 and issue-34 into this more general issue. We decided the text is good, and responsive to a more general case.

The text is here: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-tracking/2012Jan/0007.html and the thread continues with email comments.

With this, we are closing issue-23 and issue-34, and moving issue-49 to pending review.

Aleecia McDonald, 1 Feb 2012, 17:25:45

During issue cleanup, marked as Pending Review Stable. Editors' draft has two options here, not currently under active discussion.
