UriSchemes/mms

mms: just came up in a TAG meeting. RoyF thought Microsoft introduced it and noted it's used in Windows Media; he said that at the last IETF meeting there was discussion of two different schemes using the name "mms". The videolan project supports it; see VideoLAN HowTo.
