Mappings or Cross Concordances (also known as Schema Matching and Ontology Matching) are used to integrate different Knowledge Organisation Systems like thesauri and classification. SKOS-Mapping, an RDF vocabulary for Mapping of Simple Knowledge Organisation Systems has been proposed as a first draft in 2004-02.
