* Discussed selection of data sources
* Decided we need simple data sources that help to get our message across
* ADNI data source is too complex
* ClinicalTrials.gov is too complex too as originates in XML
* Good to have disease-gene-drug connections
* Diseaseome would therefore be a good option
* Although, Diseasome would be a secondary data source as the structure is so simple
* FDA data sets might be a good option
* Plan is to go with Diseaseome and FDA Data Sets unless someone comes up with a better idea over the next two weeks
* Ran through the questions that had been identified to make sure they make sense to answer
* People will enhance the questions over the next couple of weeks
* Need to decide upon a publication vehicle
* Top choices include W3C Note, BioOntologies, and Special Issue in J Web Semantics
* Need to identify the lead for this project, who will become the co-author
* This is important work, so want to focus on getting it done quickly in the New Year
