Some Ways to Contribute Ideas for New Work

W3C encourages people to propose new ideas for the Web. Some of the mechanisms set up to foster these ideas include:

Work in Scope for an Existing Group

    • When new work falls within the scope of an existing group (e.g., as specified by a Working Group Charter), a group participant may contribute the work directly to the group.

Work Requiring a New Group

Working or Interest Group

Community or Business Group

    • Anybody may propose a Community or Business Group. See the CG and BG home page for more information.
