  • Phase II: Gain AB consensus on the Priority descriptions
  • Phase III: Set up sub groups or TF for each Priority; welcome external help from the community if the TF/sub group wants

Process Refactoring / Simplification [draft] We will gather information from W3C members and group participants regarding challenges they have faced with the current process and changes they would like to see. We will collect this and develop a series of goals that will allow us to evolve the process. Theresa O'Connor (interested in leading), Max Gendler, Brent Zundel, Igarashi
Incubation of new work Working with groups such as the Exploration IG, we will work on ways to simplify and facilitate the incubation of new work. This could involved process change suggestions. DING Wei, Brent Zundel, Song Xu, Dan A., Igarashi, Hiroshi Ota
Participation in Team-led strategy task forces Individuals from the AB will participate in Team-led strategy task forces and will act as a conduit between the AB and these work streams. DING Wei(as participant), Avneesh Singh(as participant), Amy van der Hiel (as Team Liaison)
Writing strategy position statements Our technology strategy should focus on ensuring we are able to effectively navigate and influence technology evolution and newly emerging technologies. We will document AB consensus and publish these as AB position statements, within AB's remit. Max Gendler, Elena Lape (interested in leading), Hidde de Vries, Brent Zundel, Song Xu, Dan A., Hiroshi Ota, Avneesh Singh
Engaging with policy & regulatory The work of tech-related policy makers and regulators commonly overlaps with the W3C's work. It's beneficial for our community to help policy makers and regulators with understanding, navigating and harmonising with our work in specific areas (with solicited and unsolicited feedback). The AB wants to support Team with this. Hidde de Vries (leading), Max GendlerDING Wei, Hiroshi Ota, Dan A, Avneesh Singh
