I received this action item at the HTML WG F2F meeting:
http://www.w3.org/2014/10/30-html-wg-minutes.html#item51

When preparing the CfC for this action, I realized that DOM4 is currently in Last Call [1] NOT Candidate Recommendation and that the CfC that we issued to move DOM4 to Proposed Recommendation [2] was effectively proposing to skip CR.

In my view there is no need to move DOM4 to the new Process at this time. We can simply republish the corrected spec as another Last Call and then try again to go directly to Proposed Recommendation.

Therefore I am closing this ACTION with no CfC being sent.
