T.4 Timing Provider

The Multi-device Timing Community Group aims to facilitate multi-device timing connecting the TimingObject with an online timing resource, and encapsulating the complexity that arise from this. The concept of a Timing Provider Object is introduced to allow integration with third party timing providers.
