Description:

Bullet 2 of section 7.2.3 says, "are there independent interoperable implementations?" To be clear that this refers to the current draft of the specification for which implementation experience is to be demonstrated, it has been suggested that this be modified to say, "are there independent interoperable implementations of the current specification?

In addition, the first bullet, which begins with, "is each feature implemented," be changed to say, "is each feature of the current specfication implemented,"

This Issue was raised based on a conversation with Larry Masinter on his comments on the Last Call Draft.
