Issue description: sometimes job postings are for more than one vacancy/opening. JDX JobSchema+ has a property for this but schema.org doesn't. (See Comparison of JDX JobSchema+ with schema.org).

Status' Done in schema.org release 4.0 Oct 2019 (see issue 2329, pull request 2330)
schema.org added a property to JobPosting to parallel the totalJobOpenings property from JDX JobSchema+
totalJobOpenings
- Definition: Number of positions open for this job posting.
- Expected type: Integer
Notes: Do not describe part-time openings using fractions. If the number of positions is unclear or not known, do not include this property.
