Web Service Extension

Hi,

This is my first post here, i hope it’s in the right place.

I have to add an extension to a web service. In another way, i have to deal with the low level source code of a web service to be able to modify the binding wsdl  -> business code and to generate a service description with other tags.

Is there any framework or  library to manipulate the low level source code of a web service?
