[Draft] Inaccessible Home Page - Barrier Descriptions

The following list provides a summary of some of the accessibility barriers shown on the inaccessibile home page . A more detailed analysis can be found in the evaluation report for the inaccessible home page. This page is part of the Before and After Demonstration.

Accessibility barriers shown on the inaccessible home page include:

• Images do not have appropriate text equivalents
• Reading order is distorted without style sheets
• Headings, lists, and list items are not coded properly
• Ambiguous link texts such as "click here" are used
• Text may disappear when the font size is increased
