Allow the user to activate, through keyboard input alone, all input device event handlers that are explicitly associated with the element designated by the content focus.
Procedure
- Using the keyboard or an assistive technology that emulates the keyboard, move focus to the hypertext link to trigger the onFocus event.
- Using the keyboard or an assistive technology that emulates the keyboard, move focus off the hypertext link to trigger the onBlur event.
Run test
Expected results
- A red star appears in the box when the hypertext link receives focus.
- The red star disappears when the hypertext link loses focus.
