The 13-14 September 2001 meeting was postponed, and after polling the registrants, it seems we will have few people attending in person. If you expect to attend in person, please contact Jon Gunderson or Ian Jacobs.
Microsoft is hosting the meeting: Building 118, Room 1101
Microsoft has a guest rate at the following hotel, but we have not requested the special rate. Please contact Jon Gunderson or Ian Jacobs if you intend to come to Seattle and need a hotel room.
Hyatt Regency BellevueDue to the small number of participants expected, transportation is not expected to be provided.
We are currently working out the details of the videoconference link. In addition to the "node" at Microsoft, we expect to have a node in Austin and perhaps one on the East Coast.
W3C will provide a bridge for those who are able to participate remotely. The telephone number is +1 617-252-1859 Please note that there are only six ports available on this bridge (and one port will be used by those in Redmond). If you are unable to dial in, it may mean that the bridge is full.
The bridge will be available from 11:30am - 7:30pm Eastern Time, both 22 and 23 October.
Please read and be prepared to discuss the following documents at the meeting. Please review the agenda for details on when specfic topics will be discussed.
