My opinion is that all of our documentation should use people-first language. So, rather than "dyslexics", we would say, "people with dyslexia". I know the disability community, at least in the states, favors people-first language. See

For the "Cognitive Functions" section, why is it necessary to provide etiology details, such as the regions of the brain responsible for the reading process?
