Changed "Review Note" to "Draft Note" since we do not want reviewers to focus on those.
Replaced images in sections 3.1.2 and 3.5.1 with generic content. (previously used images from https://www.w3.org/WAI/RD/2012/text-customization/r14 )

10-12 Feb 2016

In Introduction, added link to the new References page and formatted it as a ul after "Additional information:"
Implemented pull requests per resolutions in 10 Feb telecon.
Commented out most references to Accessibility for People with Low Vision -- since they aren't there yet. Also, we might not want to include that link throughout the document, just in the Introduction.
Added images as noted in previous version
