2015-12-02: ACTION-1749 Rich to review, ACTION-1750 Cynthia to review.
2016-01-27: Rich says needs device independent stuff, but separate action; Cynthia keeping her action open though.
2016-06-22: Cynthia mail to list. Discussed in 22 June 2016 APA meeting, Cynthia will forward comments to the CSS WG. Also an AAM will be helpful.
2016-06-23: Cynthia sent comments to group.
2016-08-10: Noted republication, haven't yet seen response to our comments. Bring back up in 2 weeks when Cynthia present.
2018-11-28: ACTION-2186 Michael to ping review in Jan 2019.
2020-07-22: Abandoning review.
