Can't find any review, though search of the closed lists seems disabled. I recall having a fit about them publishing FPWD with an inaccessible implementation of their own spec in the spec, which got pulled for security reasons but not accessibility reasons which were raised first, which shows where we stand. As far as I can tell, we didn't actually review the content of the spec.
