How to define?
- Define a set of key/value pairs.
- The keys are percentages that define where you want to change the width.
- The values are how wide the stroke is at that point. Only positive values are allowed.
This could be a new attribute on a path. The stroke width is varied on each path, not each path segment.
The width of the stroke is then calculated by doing a catmull-rom curve.
