This is an archived snapshot of W3C's public bugzilla bug tracker, decommissioned in April 2019. Please see the home page for more details.
Project Honeypot (host of the http:BL) has marked at least some of the w3 validators as "bad". See: http://www.projecthoneypot.org/ip_128.30.52.71 Admins should work with http:BL to whitelist their servers.
I am seeing what is a random failure of the server to upload the file. When this happens, it gives doctype and character coding errors, then a premature end of file error. This is happening on every computer I have tried it on (including computers belonging to my employer, and my home setup), so it is nothing at my end. Please fix this. It is interfering with me getting my work done.
