Description Joel Hickey 2004-11-29 11:01:00 UTC
The HTML Validator states that the page to be validated has and unsupported
Content Type (which is text/plain), but the page has no such document type.
The document type is as follows: <meta http-equiv="Content-Type"
content="text/html; charset=utf-8">
I have also tried converting the page to XHTML 1.0 Transitional, but I still
get the same error.

This is a bug in the Internet Explorer included with Windows XP SP2;
see comments on Bug #838, of which this is a duplicate report, for more.
