Description Matthew Slyman 2004-08-04 11:47:12 UTC
Your checker can't even find my site, but when I click on the link from the
page that gives me the error message, the browser goes straight there!

Not sure we want to track DNS issues as bugs, but I can confirm that the whole sub-network validator is
on can not reach the DNS server for slyman.org.uk, hence the timeouts. Can't figure out the reason yet,
though...

Changing Severity to "Normal".

This is most likely a network problem at theplanet.com or one of its
downstream providers (i.e. your ISP/hosting provider), or a DNS server configuration issue. I suggest
you (Matthew) report the issue to them (feel free to point them at this Bug if you want).

I'll leave the Bug open while we investigate the issue on our end; but if nothing new comes to light I
think we'll close this as "INVALID".

Just tested this and it appears to work as expected now. Resolving as FIXED.
