We need to build a tarball of a supported version of OpenSP for easy download
(no good pointing people at SourceForge CVS) before release.

Since it looks like a final release of OpenSP 1.5 is right around the corner, we
might get away with just pointing at SourceForge.

Yes, lets point at SF.net since it looks like the OpenSP RPM will come from
there too. Closing...
