Reported by Björn Höhrmann: parse_errors() is unable to cope with Win32 paths since it splits the (o)nsgmls output at /:/ which is said to fail if the (o)nsgmls path contains a : like "c:\...".
This is too much of a headache to deal with to begin with so I'm not going to worry about W32 paths right now. Setting target 1.0.
Fixed in CVS HEAD.
