⋮ i.e.: vertical ellipsis -- 3 dots on top of each other. This HTML entity is correctly rendered by my browser (PaleMoon), but the Validator returns this:

Line 2, Column 2: cannot generate system identifier for general entity "vellip"


An entity reference was found in the document, but there is no reference by that name defined.
