Description mirabilos 2017-07-08 16:35:15 UTC
I can only validate a document if I apply the following diff:

- <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=ISO_646.irv:1991" />
+ <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=US-ASCII" />

The validator page says that “ISO_646.irv:1991” is unknown and I should check with the registry; the link it provides, however, shows “ISO_646.irv:1991” as known, valid charset, so please *do* update the W3C copy of the charset and alias registry.

Thanks.
