The link in A.1. points to the dated version of the REC: http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/REC-charmod-20050215/. I think it's better to do as we do for most RECs, and point to the canonical link instead: https://www.w3.org/TR/charmod/.

Also, this sentence misses a dot.
