https://drafts.csswg.org/cssom/#terminology

[[
The term supported CSS property refers to a CSS property that the user agent implements, and that is defined to be a case-insensitive property in the CSS specification.
]]

See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1246796#c7

I wanted to exclude custom properties, but include vendor-specific properties. Should change the text to make it actually do that, and add a note clarifying the intent.
