</title> element never closed, even unto the end of the document.  I do not 
believe this should validate, but it does.  Page displays anyway in Firefox 
1.5, but NOT in IE 6.0.2900blahblahblah.

It's a nasty construct, but valid in HTML 4.01 Transitional.
